THE BRIEF
We were asked to install a resin floor, of 2,5mm Polyurethane Resin Anti-static Self-smoothing Resin to a new COVID-19 Vaccine Production facility, including a Chemical Damp Proof Membrane to new concrete.
We were also asked to install 140 linear meters of Resin-formed 100m height Coving to the Laboratory & Cold Room areas, and clean and Seal the Warehouse Floor with an Acrylic based Dust Sealer.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Sartorius had just constructed a new COVID-19 Vaccine Production Facility at new premises in Havant, Hampshire.
We installed a Polyurethane Resin anti-static Resin Self-smoothing Floor to the entire new Production area, including Laboratories.  Despite a challenging working environment, including a last-minute major specification change, we completed the installation on schedule in multiple phases, even with constant other trades working in areas within and around the areas being done by us, at the time.
